Halva Sunflower "Creamy" Recipe
All, of course, is the famous Oriental dessert-halva. There are many types of it: sunflower, peanut, sesame, etc.with or without. I tried different things, but there was always vegetable oil in the composition. Flipping through old recipe books for slow cookers! I came across a recipe for halva with butter. So I decided to cook. I share the recipe!

Ingredients
- 100 gram Sunflower seeds
- 37 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Butter
- 25 gram Sugar
- 50 milliliters Water
Instructions
- Fry the sunflower seeds in a frying pan or on a baking sheet in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Sift the flour and fry, stirring, in a dry pan until the color changes and a nutty smell appears. The main thing is not to overcook!
- Combine the toasted seeds and flour in the bowl of a blender..
- And grind into a homogeneous mass.
- Bring the water to a boil, dissolve the sugar and butter.
- Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Add the resulting butter sauce to the Sunflower mass and beat with a blender until smooth. If necessary, add a little water. Transfer to a suitable mold and let cool.
- Here is such a halva turned out. Decorate as desired.
