- Knead the dough. Leave the dough to infuse overnight (I had enough patience for 4 hours). Bake at 180 g for 20-25 minutes. If desired, you can cover with chocolate glaze. More to my taste, I had more without glaze. The aroma during baking lured children out of the rooms. Very fragrant pastries!
