Lazy Chicken Cutlets Recipe
Tender, juicy, delicious, fragrant and hearty chicken cutlets. My family and I love this recipe for cooking meatballs. I like the lazy way of cooking meatballs, because there is nothing to sculpt. I always cook a kilogram of minced meat, since there are never many of them, I eat and I can't stop. Be sure to cook, you will fall in love with this recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Chicken mince
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Buns
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 150 milliliters Milk
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for fry
Instructions
- Soak the buns in milk for 10-15 minutes.
- Chop the onion and garlic with a blender or chop it in a meat grinder and send it to minced meat.
- Add salt, pepper, eggs, soaked buns and spoon a slide of sour cream. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and spread minced meat with a tablespoon.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown.
