- 250 milliliters Carbonated water
- 1 piece Lime
- 240 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 80 gram Sugar powder
- 100 gram Hazelnuts

- For the glaze, sift powdered sugar with natural mint and squeeze out parts (so that the glaze does not come out too liquid) juice from the remaining half of the lime. Rub thoroughly with a spoon as soon as the mixture becomes homogeneous, opaque and covered with a shiny white glaze. Pour it over the cooled cake.
