All Italian websites write that such an effect can be achieved only by mixing the filling ingredients in a tightly closed container.
- Now, actually, about the salad itself. Peel the orange that has been left without a peel with a knife and cut into thin slices. Looking ahead, I will say that large pieces look more beautiful, but I would recommend cutting orange slices into 4 parts and finely chop two types of cabbage. Then the ingredients will be mixed together.
- We put oranges on a plate, then two types of cabbage. There are still two ingredients in the salad, which, considering that this is a light dinner, I did not add - these are chili and capers. If you want to repeat exactly the preparation of the salad: add finely chopped chili pepper to the dressing before shaking; sprinkle the finished salad with capers.So, the final stage: generously pour the dressing over everything. I also put some vegetables on top. A very, very tasty dressing, ideal for salads!!! Pricking an orange slice and small pieces of two types of cabbage on a fork, dipping it all into the dressing, I experienced the height of pleasure.
