Peeled carrots and onions I cut with the help of my assistant-a food processor.
Fry in a pan, greased with vegetable oil, carrots and onions until tender. Salt.
A few of the halves of the nuts aside for decoration. Chop the remaining walnuts. I did it with a food processor.
Mix flour, salt, curry, black pepper in a bag. Put the peeled clean liver in a bag, shake well. Fry the liver on both sides in a hot pan, greased with enough vegetable oil, until delicious Golden Browning. The liver is fried very quickly. Cut one piece, if there is no red spot in the middle-the liver is ready. Set aside a few pieces for decoration. The rest cut into strips.
Mix the chopped liver, onions, carrots, green peas, finely chopped nuts and sliced pickles with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
