- 3 handful Mushroom Oyster mushroom

- 400 ml Milk
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour

- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil

- Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the package, add the liver straws, twist the package slightly on top and shake. Next, add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the pan, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put the pan on medium heat, closer to quiet and heat. Then lay out the liver straws and fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Then add 400 ml of milk gradually. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you prefer thicker sauces, you can reduce the amount of milk to your taste. Then add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Bring the dish to a boil with constant stirring. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
