I found the recipe in one of the cooking magazines and immediately started cooking it. The result is simply amazing. I advise everyone! And since this wonderful snack is prepared in the refrigerator and served cold.

  1. You can buy yogurt, or you can, like me, cook it yourself. To do this, take 2 liters of milk and heat it to 45-50 degrees. In a small amount of hot milk, dissolve the starter culture for yogurt (it can now be easily purchased in a supermarket, pharmacy or online). Pour the diluted starter culture into the milk.
