Fresh, light salad, with meat petals and spicy sauce. Very quick to prepare.

  1. We cut the meat into thin petals - I took almost frozen meat and planed it on a Berner grater, or freeze a piece and cut it thinly. Lay out in a single layer.

  3. Spread the finished meat on a paper towel.

  4. Cut the cucumbers diagonally, and the cherry into circles. Tear the lettuce leaves or cut them into strips. Spread on a salad bowl, in the middle, lettuce leaves. Spread cucumbers around the lettuce leaves.

  5. Make the dressing-for this, mix well the grated onion, olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, powdered sugar, black pepper, teriyaki sauce, add green onions to taste. Try it and adjust it to your liking

  6. Spread the cherry slices on the cucumbers, spread the meat on the lettuce leaves, pouring each layer with dressing. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds and serve!
