- We form meatballs. From the amount of this minced meat, I got 9 pieces (two pieces did not fit into the mold) D ~ 4 cm. We put it in the oven, setting t-200 C for 20 minutes. Baking is controlled. As soon as the meatballs grab, they will brown a little from below, take the mold out of the oven, turn them over to the other side and put them back in the oven until ready. You may have more time to go, focus on your oven, but do not over-dry!
