  1. Soak the couscous in hot water. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin longitudinal slices. Add finely chopped onion, swollen couscous, half of tomato paste, salt and spices to taste, and mix thoroughly. Wrap the minced meat in 1 teaspoon in slices of zucchini, put it in a container with a thick bottom, in which the rolls will be stewed.
