- Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for a while, until the butter melts, remove from the oven... And now sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and crackers and send it to the oven until the breadcrumbs have a golden-amber crust (the heating temperature can be increased, because 4 minutes is enough for cooking mussels). Remove from the oven and place on a plate!!! Serve with lemon.
