- Pour boiled water into a frying pan, bring to a boil, add salt. Dip the "nest" pasta into boiling water for 1-2 minutes, holding them with forks on both sides so as not to damage the mold. Grease the heat-resistant mold with vegetable oil, put the previously extracted from boiling water and inverted "nests" into it.
- Prepare the sauce. To do this, whisk the remaining chicken egg with a pinch of salt, pour in the cream and add spices to your own taste, season with salt and pepper. Pour this sauce over the nests prepared for baking. Cover the dish with foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
