No-Yeast Pie "Hearty" Recipe
A modern housewife does not always have time for yeast pastries, and she wants to pamper her loved ones with delicious pies. I offer you a relatively quick and not troublesome version of the unleavened dough. The pie turns out to be hearty, fragrant, with a lot of delicious filling in a delicate crumbly dough!!

Ingredients
Dough:
- 550 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Butter
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 milliliters Milk
- 50 gram Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- Allspice to taste
- Vegetable oil for mold lubrication
Filling:
- 1 piece Onion large
- 3 pieces Potatoes medium
- 400 gram Minced meat pork+beef
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix milk with sour cream, add soda, mix. Instead of milk and sour cream, you can take kefir or yogurt, diluted with milk.
- Sift 500 g of flour into a bowl. 50 g remained on the hem during the cutting of the dough. Add salt and softened butter. Chop into crumbs with your hands.
- Beat 1 egg lightly and add to the milk with sour cream. Stir.
- In the oil crumb, enter the liquid part in two steps. Knead a homogeneous dough. If necessary, add flour. Leave the dough to stand in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- While the dough is "resting", prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion and potatoes. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Add salt and pepper (here you can omit it and season the filling after adding minced meat).
- Add the minced meat and fry over high heat, stirring constantly, until half cooked. Add salt and spices to taste.
- At this stage, you can go in two ways: form pies from the dough or cook one large cake. It turns out no less delicious! In the case of a pie, divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part thinly, put the dough into a mold, form the sides. Put the filling on top.
- Roll out the second part of the dough and close the cake, gently pinching the edges. Make shallow incisions (this is not necessary) and brush with lightly beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Pies are baked faster than in 20-25 minutes.
- From this amount of dough I got 4 small pies and a pie measuring 18x28 cm.
- It's amazing.
- Bon appetit!!
