Noodles with Zucchini Recipe
I came across this recipe on the Internet, and I decided to cook it, adding notes of my invention. It turned out to be an amazing, easy and quick side dish for dinner. Although this is a great solution for eating zucchini. And unexpected guests will be pleasantly surprised by such quickly prepared treats! Take a look, maybe you'll like this light vegetable noodles!

Ingredients
- 500-600 gram Zucchini
- 80 milliliters Sesame oil
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Wash the young zucchini, remove one strip with a vegetable peeler and use it to chop the zucchini along the entire length, grabbing a thin part of the skin. So, chop the zucchini whole without removing the seeds.
- Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce with garlic, grated on a fine grater, add mustard and lemon juice. Mix it. If children will eat such noodles, you can add less garlic and mustard.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the noodles on it, stir with a spatula, fry for 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles, add sesame seeds, salt and pepper, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add the grated cheese.
- Stir and heat until the cheese is completely melted. If you don't like processed cheese, then sprinkle it on the finished dish.
- So our easy, quick and delicious side dish is ready! Serve with cutlets, meatballs, chops, sausages, etc. I served zucchini noodles with fish cutlets... whoo! Enjoy your meal!
