Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate Recipe
The most wonderful thing about these biscuits is the taste. I was also pleased with the structure of the cookies. Oat flakes are quite small, but not homogeneous; they are felt, but easily dissolved. This grain cookie is very well suited for a full breakfast.

Ingredients
- 130 gram Oat flakes
- 75 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 70 gram Butter
- 5 tablespoons Milk
- 70 gram Milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, flour, sugar and baking powder.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough. The dough turns out to be very thick, the flakes seem to be only slightly connected to each other.
- Form walnut-sized balls.
- Flatten it slightly and put it in the oven.
- After 10-12 minutes, the biscuits are ready, it remains to combine them with chocolate.
- Of course, you can melt it in a water bath, but in the morning you want everything to be fast. I do this - I put a piece of chocolate between two hot biscuits, while the biscuits cool down, the chocolate has time to melt.
- Very good with a glass of fresh milk.
