Cut the onion into small cubes.
Heat the oil and fry the onion with the addition of curry, red and black pepper.
Fry for about 5 minutes.
Then add the minced meat and fry until tender.
Add salt at the end.
Finely chop the tomatoes and parsley and add to the minced meat.
Fry for another 8 minutes.
Stir one egg and pour evenly over the whole minced meat so that it grabs better.
And then carefully break the remaining eggs, try to distribute the protein over the surface too.
Close the lid and simmer on low heat until the eggs are ready.
