- Also prepare the custard. To do this, pour 150 grams of milk into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and put on fire. It should be well warmed up, but not boiling. Meanwhile, pour vanilla pudding or corn starch into the remaining milk, mix well so that there are no lumps. Pour a thin stream into the milk and, stirring constantly, whisk the cream. Remove the cream from the heat, cover with cling film so that it touches, and leave to cool.
- Wrap in a roll, take a sharp knife and cut into small pieces, the height can be adjusted independently. Place on a baking sheet with sides. and so we do with all the dough and cream. Usually there are 11-13 sheets of dough in a phyllo package, we need to roll out 4 sheets, in the last roll there may be either 3 or 5 sheets.
