  1. Peel the onion and finely chop it in the processor. Daredevils who grate onions on a grater will be able to enjoy a more tender onion "coat". Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Sprinkle the fillet with any starch. Fry the chicken meat in a pan, adding ground ginger, pepper and soy sauce in the process. Then add the onion "porridge" to the chicken and simmer the dish until the meat and onion are ready.
