  1. Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of water.

  3. When Panna cotta freezes, you can start preparing a layer of jelly. Soak the gelatin in water again. Pour the cherry juice into a saucepan, add spices, sugar and bring to a boil. Add the swollen gelatin to the juice.
