Pasta with Meat Sauce Recipe
Often, pasta with any red meat sauce is called Bolognese, which, of course, is not true. Today I propose to prepare a simple pasta with meat sauce. It differs from Bolognese in the reduced number of products and reduced cooking time - in other words, it is simpler. That does not prevent it from being delicious and attractive.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Spaghetti
- 430 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 625 gram Tomato sauce
- 550 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- Parmesan to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- The amount of spaghetti can be taken, for example, for two servings. And the sauce, at the same time, is prepared from the specified number of products. Then just put it in the refrigerator and reheat it the next day. Heat the olive oil and fry the minced meat over high heat.
- Add the chopped onion, paprika, and garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes until soft.
- Add the tomato paste and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and stir.
- Add water. Bring to the boil and cook for about 40 minutes, until thickened.
- Somewhere in the middle of the process, add salt, pepper, oregano.
- When ready, add the parsley, stir and turn off.
- Prepare the spaghetti. Put them on a plate, pour the sauce on top, and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bon appetit.
