  2. The idea to add this recipe was born when the pie was already in the oven, so I will describe step by step how I prepared it and of course add a photo of the finished yummy. Dough. •And so, in a bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and vanilla (optional). * Beat with a mixer at high speed for 2 minutes. * Add the butter, I melted it in the microwave and just poured it into the whipped mass. * Then add the sifted flour, baking powder and also beat until smooth. ~The dough was not thick! Visually, as not thick sour cream. It took 5 minutes ⬇ 2⃣ filling I washed all the fruits that fell on the eye and cut them into small cubes.• Pour them into our dough and mix them carefully.* The form was greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina. My shape is oval, 30 cm in diameter.•Pour out the finished dough and send it to the preheated oven for 40 minutes. The oven temperature is 180-200 degrees. As soon as the cake has risen and browned to a beautiful summer tan , you can safely take it out and give it time to cool down a little.Decorate it as you like and try it with tea/coffee.
