Ingredients
Dough:
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Butter
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 gram Dry yeast
Filling:
- 360 gram Cottage cheese
- 300 gram Adygean cheese
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add yeast, sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour to the warmed milk. Let's get closer.
- Pour the yeast that has come up into a bowl. Add the melted butter and egg.
- Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, salt and knead the dough.
- Cover with cling film and let it come up for 1.5 hours.
- Prepare the filling. Add grated cheese, herbs and salt to the cottage cheese. Mix well.
- Knead the dough lightly.
- Divide the dough into 18 equal parts. Roll each piece into a roll.
- Roll out each piece of dough into an oval. Distribute the filling.
- Wrap, secure the edges.
