Instructions
- Prepare the dough: combine the dry ingredients, add vegetable oil and water. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. I used a bread maker. I put the ingredients in the bread maker's bucket – first the dry ingredients, then the liquid ones. The dough was ready in 45 minutes. Additionally, the dough was melted in a warm bread maker for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: green onions cut into rings, sausage cubes. add salt to the peeled potatoes and cook until tender.
- When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, add the butter and puree. Add the green onion and sausage to the puree and mix.

- Form a pie with a thin wall.
- Fry the pies in hot vegetable oil on each side until browned.
- Serve both hot and cold. Bon Appetit!!!
