Pork Chop Recipe
This recipe is about how I make pork chops. Everyone probably has their own recipe and their little tricks. So I have mine! Come and find out!   1. I take pork with a little fat. Cut into pieces about 1,2-1,5 cm thick. Blot them with a paper towel to remove moisture. Beat off with a hammer on both sides, if there are veins, then they need to be cut. RUB with salt, pepper and coriander. Put in a bowl, cover with a lid and let stand for 30 minutes.

  3. Fry the pieces on both sides until a beautiful color. This is about 5 minutes on each side over medium heat of the largest burner.
