After three minutes, send the ribs to the pan. Fry everything a little.
Add vegetables: tomatoes, randomly chopped, parsley root and stems, chopped very finely, and broccoli inflorescences. You can peel a tomato, I didn't do that. Tomatoes will give juice. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Spread the potatoes, coarsely chopped.
Sprinkle with turmeric, mix and pour hot water so that its level is higher by about the thickness of a finger. Close the lid and set the extinguishing mode for 1 hour.
After about 50 minutes, open the slow cooker, add salt, pepper and bay leaf. We close it again and leave the slow cooker to turn off, and this is for another 10 minutes. It's done.
