Carefully wash the potatoes with a coarse brush, then pierce it along with a wooden skewer (skewers need to be soaked in water for half an hour). With a sharp knife, cut the potatoes in a spiral up to the skewer (as in the video). Then stretch the spiral along the length of the skewer, very carefully. The thickness of the spirals is not more than 5 mm. Lubricate the spiral with beaten egg. Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs-a mixture of flour, paprika, turmeric and salt to taste. Shaking off the excess breading, spread the skewers on a heat-resistant vessel (as in the video). And send it to the oven (200 gr) for 35-40 minutes. Done!
