- 1 pinch Lavender (Dried)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Chile pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 kg Potato
- 1 bunch Beet leaf (Large bunch of large chard)
- 2 pieces Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 pieces Tomato

- Finely chop the onion and garlic and lightly fry in olive oil. At the chard, cut out the thick trunks and cut it into strips, then add it to the onion. Cut the tomato and also add to the onion. In parallel, drain the potatoes and fry them in another pan. Pour the spices into the potatoes. After about 10 minutes, add the potatoes to the vegetables.
