Fry the minced meat, add a little grated cheese, mix thoroughly and cool.
Take 2 tablespoons of rice, squeeze it a little in your hand and, having made a recess in the mass, put the filling there.
Form a ball, dip it in an egg and pan in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable (odorless) or butter.
