This dish is prepared very quickly, so it is perfect for basmati rice in cooking bags. Rice is cooked for only 12 minutes, but this is enough.Put boiling water on the rice, peel the vegetables, cut the fillet into strips of about 3 x 1.5 cm. In a blender, beat the onion, garlic, tomatoes and ketchup with peanut paste into a smooth mass.
Pour in the chicken fillet, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt and herbs. Cover and simmer for another couple of minutes.
Drain the rice and let it run a little.
Serve rice with chicken in sauce immediately, hot.
