- 100 gram Cottage cheese 5%

- 70 gram Butter
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 6 pieces Tomato (dried in oil)
- 1 twig Rosemary

- Carefully grind cottage cheese, sour cream and softened butter, add salt to taste. Dried tomatoes are spread out of the oil on a paper towel so that it disappears. I just crushed rosemary with my fingers. If you take fresh rosemary, it should be finely chopped. Chop the dried tomatoes very finely and send them to the mixture.
- The clippings will turn out to be just round cakes. I put the Christmas tree cookies on a non-stick mold, added a little more rosemary "needles" on top and put them in the oven preheated to t-180 C for 7-10 minutes. Focus on your oven.
