Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Herring (fillet)
- 2 pieces Potato (boiled)
- 4 pieces Egg (boiled)
- 1 piece Apple
- 0.3 bunch Green Onion
- 0.5 teaspoons Salt
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
For decoration
- 2 pieces Radish
- 0.5 bunch Green Onion
Instructions
- Cut the herring fillet into cubes.
- Finely chop the eggs.
- Cut green onions into rings.
- Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
- Chop the apple too (it's better to use a green sweet and sour apple).
- Transfer the mayonnaise to a pastry bag. Lay the salad in layers. In a salad bowl, put the first layer of potatoes, season with mayonnaise and salt.
- The second layer is herring, which is greased with mayonnaise and green onions.
- The third layer is sliced apple and mayonnaise on top.
- Put the last layer with egg, smear with mayonnaise on top.
- Decorate according to your taste. I used radishes and green onions.
