Beets, carrots and potatoes are boiled in the skin until tender.
The cooled vegetables are cleaned, cut into small cubes. Add finely chopped shallots and anchovies.
Salt, pepper, season with vegetable oil, mix.
Culinary ring cut out of bread base for the salad. Herring cut into pieces.
At the bottom of the culinary ring put bread, then spread a tablespoon of salad.
