- Cut the onion into a cube and fry until half-cooked. Cut the mushrooms in half and cut them into plates. Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry until tender, then cool. Cut into strips cucumber, cheese, pork, pepper, shred cabbage. Add the onion and mushrooms, add finely chopped dill. For dressing: whisk the yolks, mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic, vegetable oil until smooth. Season the salad and mix before serving.
