- 1 piece Eggplant
- 100 gram Pork

- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 twigs Parsley
- Spices (to taste: salt, dry adjika)
- 3 pieces Marinade cucumber
- 1/3 pieces Chile pepper
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/3 pieces Onion red

- Tomato 1 piece cut into strips, add spices and already cooled eggplant with meat. Remove the skin from the second tomato, cut it randomly and put it in the bowl of a blender.
