  1. Tear the spinach with your hands or cut it into slices. Put it on a platter. Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness. Place on top of the spinach. Place the diced chicken on top. Drain the excess liquid from the mushrooms and add the mushrooms to the chicken.
