  1. Cut the salmon from the skin, carefully remove all the bones. cut into cubes.

  2. Peel the apple from the skin and seed pods, cut into strips, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and mix gently.

  3. Line a flat plate with lettuce leaves.

  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, then carefully remove the pulp with a tablespoon, cut it into slices across the pieces. Sprinkle with a second spoonful of lemon juice. Mix very gently. Spread the avocado slices on the lettuce leaves.
