Cut the salmon from the skin, carefully remove all the bones. cut into cubes.
Peel the apple from the skin and seed pods, cut into strips, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and mix gently.
Line a flat plate with lettuce leaves.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, then carefully remove the pulp with a tablespoon, cut it into slices across the pieces. Sprinkle with a second spoonful of lemon juice. Mix very gently.
Spread the avocado slices on the lettuce leaves.
Place the apple straws on top. Arrange the salmon slices nicely on the apples.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
You can use Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
