- 600 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 900 ml Sparkling water
- 45 gram Salt
- 25 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 40 ml Vinegar
- 200 ml Olive oil
- 400 gram Cream cheese (filling)
- 2 twig Basil

- Wash the pepper, cut off the stalk and remove the seeds. Mix water with vinegar, add salt, sugar, Bay leaf, garlic, hot pepper, olive oil and boil. Remove from heat. Send the peppers to the marinade for 10 minutes, then put them on a plate. Cool the marinade and pepper. Mix the cheese with the chopped Basil (salt if desired) and fill the peppers with a teaspoon, put them in a cold marinade and send them to the refrigerator for a day.
