Spicy Chicken Baked with Vegetables Recipe
A couple of years ago I found an interesting recipe on the Internet, made my own changes and it turned out to be a hearty, beautiful, tasty and fast dish. The chicken turns out juicy and tender. You can serve it with any side dish (rice, potatoes). I cook for dinner and for holidays, everyone likes it.

Ingredients
- 600 gram Chicken fillet chicken fillet can be replaced with Turkey
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 piece Onion
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into strips, season with salt and pepper, add oregano and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir and leave to marinate for at least 40 minutes.
- And while the chicken is marinating, let's do the sauce. In a blender, we load 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes, half a bell pepper, 4 garlic cloves, half an onion, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, oregano, salt, pepper.
- Stir the vegetables. The sauce should be thick.
- We put the marinated chicken in a brazier, and pour the sauce on top. Take the remaining vegetables (tomato, bell pepper and onion) and cut them into slices. Spread on the sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake for 35-40 minutes, depending on the oven. During the cooking process, you need to water the vegetables with the resulting juice for about 25 minutes.
- I usually cook mashed potatoes as a side dish. I get such beauty. Enjoy your meal!
