- 20 gram Gelatin or 8 plates
- 100 gram Jem strawberry
- 200 gram Cottage cheese low-fat
- 150 milliliters Cream (30%)
- 1 tablespoon Liquor any alcohol-containing
- 250 gram Strawberry
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar

- Fill the gelatin with cold water for 10 minutes, in my plates. Then mix the liqueur in a saucepan and the squeezed gelatin, heat until the gelatin dissolves, but do not bring to a boil. Then add a little yogurt cream, combine with gelatin and mix. Next, this mixture is introduced into strawberry cream and whipped again.
