- Knead the dough on the work surface for 15-20 minutes until it becomes homogeneous and elastic. Roll a ball out of the finished dough, put it on a plate or in a bowl. Then pour boiling water into the cup that will cover the dough, wait until the cup heats up. Pour water, wipe the cup dry and cover our dough. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. Roll out the finished dough thinly.
