- On the beaten chicken thighs, we put the filling, and wrap it in a roll. We fasten it with a toothpick. We transfer it to a baking sheet, send it to the preheated oven until ready. My chicken rolls were baked for about 1 hour and 40 minutes. To have a more ruddy crust, you can pour the rolls with "broth" that appeared during baking.
