- Drain the remaining water and put the tapioca in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Pour in the oatmeal milk and put it on the fire. All the while stirring, cook tapioca on low heat for 15-20 minutes, the mass will thicken, and the pearls will become transparent. Then add the vanilla, stir and leave the pudding to cool completely.
