Tapioca pearls pour 2 cups of water and leave for 40 minutes.
Drain the remaining water and put the tapioca in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Pour in the oatmeal milk and put it on the fire. All the while stirring, cook tapioca on low heat for 15-20 minutes, the mass will thicken, and the pearls will become transparent. Then add the vanilla, stir and leave the pudding to cool completely.
Wash the peaches and cut them into slices.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
Take cups or cremans and fill with 1/3 of the pudding. Top with peaches.
Lay out another layer of pudding, leaving room for the strawberries. At this stage, the pudding should be well cooled. Put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
