- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons Walnuts
- 2 teaspoons Adjika spicy
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste

- First, peel the zucchini if it's big, like mine. If it is small, skip this step. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the core. We won't need it anymore. If the zucchini is large, like mine, cook for 2 minutes (no more) in boiling salted water. If they are small, skip this step. Salt the zucchini on the cut side and set aside.
- Separately fry the finely chopped onion and garlic over high heat. Onions should darken and slightly bitter.Now mix the filling: combine nuts, seeds, fried onions and garlic, adjika, honey, lemon juice, sesame and cream or cottage cheese. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Try. If desired, add more salt, honey (if you want sweeter) or adjika (if you want sharper).
