- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Allspice to taste
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil

- 1. all the vegetables are washed, and cut into approximately the same bars. 2. all vegetables are fried in a hot pan, with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. We fry the vegetables one at a time, not all at once. 3. transfer the Fried vegetables to a bowl, add garlic, salt (I used Adygea), ground black pepper, and mix.
