Ingredients
Salad
- 300 gram Pork
- 200 gram Cauliflower
- 200 gram Pumpkin
- 3 pieces Pear
- 4 pieces Onion red
- Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons A mixture of spices
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Sauce (chili hot)
Instructions
- Pork cut into steaks, sprinkle with spices on all sides, you can salt (I did not salt), leave for 20 minutes.
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes, divide the cabbage into inflorescences, cut the pear and onion in half, put them in a baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake at 200 degrees until soft, about 10 minutes, then cover with something to keep warm.
- Fry the pork in a grill pan (or in a regular frying pan) until the desired roasting. I quickly fry on high heat, turning, 10-15 minutes, no more.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
- Cut the still warm meat into cubes, combine with vegetables and pears, sprinkle with seeds and sprinkle with dressing. You can mix everything in a bowl with the dressing (add it to taste) and only then serve warm.
