- First you need to boil the potatoes. You can boil it in a uniform and clean it, or you can immediately clean it and cook it in a microwave oven, as I did. I like this method better: firstly, there is no need to peel hot potatoes, and secondly, it cooks faster than on the stove. And it turns out that the potatoes are not watery, since you will need only 0.5 cups of water.
