- 300 gram Turkey (fillet)
- 360 gram Zucchini
- 20 pieces Plums
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons Bread crumbs / breading
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds fried
- 2 tablespoons Hard cheese grated or 1 plate of melted cheese
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning for chicken
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Prepare the sauce. Mix the peeled pressed garlic (1 tooth) with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons). Give 15 minutes, garlic to infuse. Add soy sauce and zucchini juice and mix. I have soy sauce instead of salt. If there is no sauce, skip it. Remove the seeds from the plum (9 pieces) and grind with a blender until smooth. Add the plum mixture to the oil, salt, pepper and mix.
