Instructions
- I used a silicone spatula to knead the dough. Not knowing what hit her! I took a pizza mold D-24 cm, smeared it with olive oil, despite the fact that it is non-stick. I laid out the dough and spread it with a spatula and smoothed it over the entire surface of the mold. Put in the oven preheated to t-200 C for 10 minutes. This was enough time for me to bake the dough. It became a little inflated and I pricked it with a fork on the surface in several places.
- While the cake was being baked, I prepared everything for the filling. Took the cake out of the oven. Missed the top with homemade tomato sauce. If you will use sauce, then chop a clove of garlic there finely and add a pinch of dry Basil. On the sauce, put half-slices of tomato, slices of smoked sausage, half-rings of bell pepper and chopped olives. Sprinkled with cheese. There is a lot of cheese in the cake and I did not sprinkle much on top. Sprinkle to taste, cheese will not spoil. It is important that the cheese is of high quality and melts well, and not SOH in the oven. Put it back in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven. The cake is thin and almost ready, the filling does not need to be kept in the oven for a long time. "Pizza" is ready. I decorated it with parsley leaves. For baking, you can use a baking tray covered with oiled baking paper or a silicone Mat.
